Can I Use 85w Charger On 60w Macbook. Apple 140W USB-C Power Adapter and USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable. And lastly the 85w power adapter will not charge the MB any more because the MacBook regulates the voltage intake and its MagSafe board will not take any more voltage then the 60w power adapter can provide.

Can i use the 85w Macbook Pro charger on my 13 Macbook as a spare or will it damage it. If the 2012 MacBook Pro is the model without the Retina display With the CDDVD drive then the 60W would work on. Power adapters for Mac notebooks are available in 29W 30W 45W 60W 61W 85W and 87W varieties.
It charges a tad bit slower but its perfectly fine.
Generally there arent many problems using a 60W charger with a machine that requires 85W anyways but using an 85W charger with a 60W or 45W machine is perfectly fine. In this image I am using my 60w charger while low use medium brightness no CPU intensive tasks but it is charging. If the 2012 MacBook Pro is the model without the Retina display With the CDDVD drive then the 60W would work on. The process is fully controlled by logic board even the battery has a controller chip.
